HydrauLogic Services

H
ydrauLogic is a versatile company which can assist you from the initial discussions how to solve a hydraulic control need, all the way to providing the compete hydraulic system solution.

HydrauLogic
can assist in:
  • Circuit design
  • Manifold design
  • Valve design
  • Valve configuration
  • Component selection
  • Manufacturing/Assembly

Our customers usually draw on our expertise where functionality and ease of manufacture are important considerations. HydrauLogic will select components to achieve the best possible solution for your application. Assistance will be available in applications where there is a need for hydraulic / electronic interfacing.

Circuit design

The circuit design is normally done in close cooperation with the client and normally requires several iterations between HydrauLogic and the client where the functionality is discussed.
The configuration and selection of valves and components will also be done during this stage.

Manifold design

Once the circuit is done the actual manifold design starts. This is done using modern 3D design tools.

The manifold could have physical constraints that could lead to changes in the choice of components as well as  changes to the original circuit design.
Based on the 3D model, assembly drawings, machining drawings and part lists are created.

Manufacturing/Assembly
Using MRP software to handle the orders and manufacturing ensures that our supply of components and manufactured parts will be available for assembly in time to meet agreed delivery dates.
Assembly and Testing are done at Hydraulogic premises.

HydrauLogic
has obtained Australian certification for Wandfluh Ex d I/IIC solenoid valves suitable for use in Australian coal mines. These include proportional reliefs and reducers, DCV's, spool and poppet valves.

Ex d I/IIC solonoid with Australian certification:   Ex Coil

The new Wandfluh range of Ex d IIC solenoids have ATEX certification.

Directional valve with the new Wandfluh Ex d solonoid:   MKY45

The use of special fluids such as water/glycol and HWCF are now common. We recommend close liaison for valve selection and application. Special stainless steel valves are often used in these applications.
Materials used include steel, stainless steel, aluminium and brass.
